No worries: the schedule will not be full of rice, chicken, broccoli or shakes. We make sure that all meals in your schedule are tasty and fit your personal taste preferences. In doing so, we take into account your current diet and lifestyle, wishes, allergies and your ultimate goal. This way, eating healthy becomes not only effective, but also fun and tasty!
