Personal training and bootcampen Oirschot

At ME Training, we organise personal training and bootcamps Oirschot. During personal training, we look at your goals, wishes and condition. We fully adapt the training to your personal goals. Bootcamps are slightly less personal but a super fun and sociable way to get fit. We are sure the team will be a stick. The boot camp classes take place every Saturday morning. Of course, you can ideally combine boot camp with our personal training, your own visits to the gym or other sports classes. You might even meet someone during boot camp who wants to work out with you.
