Our approach here is comprehensive and very personal. For instance, we hold an intake where we discuss your goals and wishes. Then we make an action plan. This not only means that we create a training schedule for you, but also that we look at your diet and mental health.

Fitness in Oirschot whenever you want

You can exercise in Oirschot whenever and wherever you want. You can come to our gym, but we can also train outside or at your home. This is ideal if you need a leg up, have little time to travel to the gym or don’t feel so comfortable in the gym. Training sessions can be offered both one-to-one and in small groups.
